Duo Biotic Toothpaste
Our toothpaste combines a prebiotic (L-arginine) with a postbiotic (S. dentisani 7746), a first in oral care. Together, this Duo Biotic complex helps neutralize harmful acids while supporting the bacteria that protect your mouth.
Not technically. S. Dentisani 7747 is a postbiotic, meaning the cells aren't alive (they couldn't survive the toothpaste manufacturing process), but their bacteriocins are concentrated and have increased efficacy in the postbiotic form. For live probiotics, that's what our Multi Biotic Dental Drops are for.
Our first Duo Biotic Toothpaste includes hydroxyapatite as its enamel supportive ingredient. We will release our fluoride version of our Duo Biotic Toothpaste in early 2027.
To complement our S. dentisani and L-arginine Duo Biotic complex, we use a biomimetic, non-nano micro-hydroxyapatite sourced from Italy in our fluoride free toothpaste. We don't market an exact percentage, in part because hydroxyapatite toothpaste isn't currently approved in the U.S. for remineralization claims. Our formulation is built around levels studied in published research. We understand a lot of companies like to market around this topic.

If you’ve ever used another ‘better for you’ toothpaste, you’ll notice right away that the Duo Biotic has a fresh flavor and a gentle foaming often missing from many such formulations. If you;re switching from a traditional toothpaste, you may notice a lack of the burning sensation and dramatic foaming that comes from the SLS surfactant. From the first brush, the Duo Biotic pre+postbiotic ingredients are going to work to help improve your oral microbiome. Within the first week you’ll start to notice a healthy fresh breath and a general clean mouth feeling. Over the course of the month, the PH balance in your mouth, your equilibrium of beneficial vs. harmful bacteria, and bad breath will be moving towards a healthier state.
We think they’re pretty too, but they tend to crack, leak, and waste product over time. Instead, we use what’s called ABL, the standard for many premium personal care products.
It's not a "whitening toothpaste" in the traditional sense, since it doesn't contain a hydrogen peroxide whitening agent. We don’t recommend daily use of a whitening agent. That said, it does offer whitening benefits through topical removal of surface stains, similar to most toothpastes on the market and additional support from S. dentisani and L-arginine to healthy, opalescent enamel.

Our Duo Biotic toothpaste is safe for children to use as one of the cleanest toothpastes on the market! However, we know many kids don’t prefer the mint taste.
Multi Biotic Dental Drops
These drops are a first in oral care, three strains of live, native oral probiotics combined with vitamin D3 and suspended in an organic MCT oil with a hint of mint.
Multi Biotic Dental Drops isn't a mouthwash per se. Think of the drops as an addition to your routine, a first of its kind live probiotics that is working overnight to modulate your biome.
You can use the Multi Biotic Dental Drops anytime, but particularly after you brush your teeth is a great time. We think the best time is after you brush before bed, overnight the drops will work to modulate your oral microbiome while you sleep and help shift to a more balanced and healthier state upon waking.
The drops are formulated so that once you move them around your mouth, there’s not too much excess so you may not need to do either. If you find you have a feeling of a little extra you can spit the excess or use a bit less next time.
The dosing is marked on the pipette inside your dropper. About a half fill which makes for just a few drops on your tongue is all you need.
Yes, we recommend shaking before use.
Yes, some settling at the bottom of the bottle is normal, and shaking robustly before each use usually redistributes it.
Yes! The triple strain probiotics are live strains that survive suspended in the organic MCT oil. The oral native probiotics were also tested for compatibility with our mint oil.
They pair well together for a complete oral care routine, though it's not required. You'll see great results using either product on its own, but using both together tends to work even better.
